Grandma's Doggy Birthday card (Di's Digis image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

My mum loves her dogs, she even minds dogs for a little part time job/hobby so whenever I make her a card she insists it has a dog on it lol. So this gorgeous image from Di's Digis was perfect.

Black & Teal Starry Birthday card

Hi Crafty Friends,

I love this starry background paper and teal goes so well with black don't you think? It's one of my favourite colour combos at the moment. I used a beautiful black puffy shimmery flourish from my old company, if ever you're interested in any of my items please email me as I have a lot of stock left :)

Handmade Stars & Stripes masculine Birthday card

Hi Crafty Friends,

I created these stripes with some of my washi tapes, I've been doing that a bit this week as I have many washi tapes that were still unused and yet they're beautiful.

Red White & Blue Girl card (Hannah Lynn image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Happy 4th of July to my American friends, I hope you've had a fabulous day!

I thought I'd create a red, white and blue card with stars in respect of the USA holiday. I sliced up 3 papers into strips and adhered them onto scrap paper. I then used red, white and blue gel pens to make some faux stitching.

The beautiful image was created by Hannah Lynn and I'm not sure if you can buy them anymore sadly. I have many of her images and I thought about you Bunny when I printed this up to colour, as I know you love seeing the Hannah Lynn images coloured up on my cards :)

Handmade Hexagon background Baby card

Hi Crafty Friends,

Another way of using up my scraps of paper pads is to die cut hexagons and glue them all onto the background, I love this look too, I'm so addicted to hexagons at the moment! I think this is a Kaisercraft baby paper pad, are the papers beautiful?

Welcome baby bear scene card (Bugaboo image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I made this card for a magazine commission which was baby themed. I inked up the background sky with distress oxide inks and used Lawn Fawn die cuts to create the grass and flower background. The cute little image is from Bugaboo and I punched out a few little butterflies to finish the card.

Purple, green and blue thank you card

Hi Crafty Friends,

I've had some papers forever and not known quite how to create with them. Lately I've been creating strips of the papers and adhering them to a scrap piece of paper then faux stitching on the joins. I love how these turn out. Let me know if anyone wants me to take photos of the process I do as it's really simple but I think it looks really effective, hopefully you think so too.

Congratulations on your baby boy (Little Miss Muffet image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's my first of 5 cards to show tonight, I've been on holidays this past week or so and I think it shows lol, I can't stop making cards when I'm home and not doing housework! This card I created for a magazine commission, I created the background paper with a lime green copic marker, just roughly making lines across the paper. The die cut green frae was coloured the same way so that all the papers and image were the same colour. The image is from Little Miss Muffet but I haven't added the link like I usually do as the website wasn't up.
