Shabby Chic Easter card (Polkadoodles image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have 2 Easter cards to show today and they are very different from each other. This first one is more shabby chic with lovely pastel shades and made with a gorgeous little image from Polkadoodles. The swirly background is a digital effect from Scrapper's Delights and I decided to combine them to make one picture, I coloured the girl in. I also added a sentiment from DigiStamp Boutique.

A Mum's First Mother's Day (Little Miss Muffet image)

Isn't this little baby just darling? I think he's the sweetest and you can find him/her at Little Miss Muffet. I make cards for the love of it mostly and I didn't have anyone in particular to give this to but I was inspired by my first mother's day when I created this card.

Easter Girl with Bunnies card (Tiddly Inks image and Scrapper's Delights digital background)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I decided to try something a little different this week. 

I don't often use my beautiful digital products from Scrapper's Delights but I decided to use them making a little scene behind my Tiddly Inks girl. 

Just in case you'd like to know how it works they are all png files which means they can be laid on top of each other in your word doc to create a scene. I created the coloured background and then added the girl, bunnies and sentiment hearts which were all printed black and white. I coloured her and the hearts in as usual and voila! What do you think? I have a couple more similar I have just printed and coloured up so will create with them soon. This seems like a perfect idea for crafters like me that don't always have the time to create such elaborate backgrounds freehand (and couldn't do it very well if I wanted to hehe). I have used this image before and the card is below. I like this one better although the photo doesn't do the original one justice, it was really cute if I do say so myself lol.

Easter wishes shaped card (Magnolia image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Oh it's been a little while since I created a card using a Magnolia image but this is one of my favourite Magnolia stamps, she's just so sweet. I have used her before so I'll add the pictures below, I always like to see how different the cards end up if I've used the image more than once and also if my colouring has improved. I try to usually create with different images every card as I really do have so many, I even have a digi folder titled "not yet used" and I have a fair few in there but I'm a crazy cardmaker so I have used hundreds already hehe. My followers will know how many cards I create!
