Hi Crafty Friends,
Isn't this a beautiful little mermaid from Lacy Sunshine? She was so sweet to colour and I created the sky background using a few copics - greys and blues. I have had rub-ons for so many years and not used them in so long I decided to see if they still worked hehe so the white parts on the background paper are actually all white rub-ons, I quite like how it turned out, gave more interest to the background paper I think. The silver frame was a cheap pack of them in a dollar type store, I just added my sentiment instead of a photo.
