Tiddly Inks Anniversary card for my hubby

Hi there, thanks for coming to see my card I made for my hubby. It's our 17 year wedding anniversary on the weekend and I love to make him a card each year. He always buys me a card but writes such beautiful things each time, I really look forward to it (does that sound a bit soppy lol??)

I have used this gorgeous digi image from Tiddly Inks twice before which is very unusual for me but I'm not great at shadings and yet this dress is so easy to give colour and texture to so maybe that's why I have a soft spot for it hehe. I love this sentiment and thought it goes so beautifully with the image as they seem to be just enjoying the moment.

TPS and Inky Impressions Winter Wonderland card

Hi,

Today I've used 2 digital images - the entire background (except for the "sky" and penguin) is from Inky Impressions and the gorgeous iceskater is from The Paper Shelter. I thought they'd go lovely together. I used fine glitter on the girl's "fur sleeves and neckline" and some Fluffy Stuff on the trees and ground for snow.

SC Purple Zoe card

Hi Crafty Friends, hope you're having a fantastic weekend. 

Big hugs to Carol the Crafty stamper for always leaving such sweet comments on all my cards, it means alot.

Hoping someone else has had the same issue with blogger as I'm having and found a solution - I can't save my changes anymore. When I click "save" it comes up at the top as "saving" then fades away rather than says "saved your changes" or similar like it used to. Does anyone know how to fix this as I haven't been able to add my wins or Top 3's etc? Would really appreciate any advice.

Oh how I loved colouring in my new Saturated Canary image this week, how gorgeous is Zoe??!! I thought I'd go for purple hair just for a nice change and I like it, can't wait to try colouring her with other colours too as she's all about the hair isn't she?

Stamp Fairy bear card

Hi and welcome to or welcome back to my blog.

I love Stamp Fairy images and this one is no exception, there are so many fantastic artists' images to choose from isn't there, I have got quite a stash now so I hardly ever use the same image twice hehe! Digital images are so much easier to store than rubber so I must admit they're my favourite although I do have a stash of rubber stamps too lol. 

I have created a centre step card here and used my balloon punch for the first time. This is navy and not black but for some reason I can never get a photo to look navy!

Hi again, Hopefully you've just checked out my Bugaboo funny card. Now for something completely different to that I have created this card using a Hannah Lynn image which you can purchase at Crafts & Me. I love these digis so much, thank goodness for fantastic artists like Hannah Lynn who create digi images for us to colour. 

I have used 3 black leaves from Flourish with a Bling, they come on a vine (called Jack vine), they are so easy to cut off to use with flowers, they're gorgeously glossy! I coloured her with copics.

Birthday skunk card

How cute is this little guy (and the papers) from Docrafts, he is so sweet with that huge flower in his hand. I added some bling to the flower centre. Hubby's 40th Birthday card

I really hope I don't offend any of you with this card, my hubby thought it was funny. I call him "Pooch" and I'm older than him, he's been teasing me for over 2 years that he's still in his 30's when I'm not so it's just peachy now he's finally in his 40's too hehe.

I love this witchy image from Stitchy Bear stamps and I've combined the scene with a cute little potion shelf from Meljens. I love to always give a shout out to the artist/store that I get my images from and link their names to their stores so it's very easy for you to go check them out. 

I put some glitter in a little bottle which is supposed to look a little like it's fallen off the shelf hehe. I glittered around the edges of the "scene" too, haven't used real glitter like this in a while.
