Guest Designer at Imagine That Creative Playground Blog - Llama Kisses card

Hi Crafty Friends,

If you saw my last post you'd know I was lucky enough to win a guest designer spot at Imagine That Creative Playground blog. They're half way through their September challenge so you still have plenty of time to enter and win gorgeous sets like this one to play with. Please click HERE to go check out the challenge.

I had a lot of fun creating this card. I used the background papers and put them altogether before printing so I didn't waste any toner/ink printing extra paper patterns. I only used Llama Kisses digi set to create this card so it's easy for you to make your own version with just a colour printer! I made a 14cm square and then added the papers and made them fit into it so I knew the printout would fit nicely on my 15cm card leaving a white border (see photo below for how I printed it). I even made a white rectangle in the centre where the image was going to be so I saved ink not printing behind where the image was going. I could have made it an all-in-one print out but I liked the llamas scene being added with a bit of height to give it a little 3D. All of the papers I used, the image and sentiment comes in this set plus more so it's definitely worth buying this set. You can buy it HERE. I have shown below how I printed it out.

Thank you so much Kris for letting me choose this generous digi set to play with for my guest spot, I love it and will use it again for sure! This is going to be my hubby's anniversary card :)

Thank you to my special followers for dropping by. I'm going away so I'm not able to add this to any challenge blogs like I usually do.

Guest Designer at Imagine That Creative Playground Blog - Summer card

Hi Crafty Friends,

I was lucky enough to win a guest designer spot at Imagine That Creative Playground blog. They have such gorgeous images I was honored to play with their digital images, backgrounds, papers and sentiment sets.

I had a lot of fun creating this card. I used the PNG files so I could move the items around on the beach to suit my card. I made the girl on the card the same size as a black & white version so I could colour her and her towel myself, fussy cut her and paste onto the scene. I added the PNG sentiment that comes along with it too before printing. This background is so versatile, you can use it with any beachy images so it's definitely worth buying this set. You can buy it HERE. Also, they have monthly challenges where you can win sets - click HERE to go to the blog.

Thank you so much to Kris for letting me choose this generous digi set to play with for my guest spot, I love it and will use it again for sure!
