Sorry I haven't been around as much, has been very hectic and now it's winter school holidays here in Oz. I have managed to create a couple of new cards so I hope you'll like them.

The new challenge this fortnight at Di's Digis is Summer Fun. I just love Plantpot Ted below, isn't he a sweetie? I thought he went really well with the patterned paper behind so tried to use the same colours. You can find him at Di's Digis online store.

I'm a Guest Designer at Art By Miran's (Art by Miran image)

Hi everyone,

I'm so happy to have been selected as a Guest Designer at Art By Miran's challenge blog. This is one of my favourite images and it comes with or without the background which makes it so versatile. 

I loved using the background scene and it gave me an opportunity to add one of my all-time favourite products - Lee's Tree from my company, Flourish with a Bling (I designed this tree, it's named after my gorgeous hubby hehe). It comes with 2 pieces of grass too, one of which I have used on my card. During our June sale, the set is only $2AUS (or cheaper if you are overseas as you don't pay our tax!) Purple-haired Mermaid card (Hannah Lynn image from Crafts & Me)

Hi everyone,

I was going to go to bed but couldn't resist showing you this card I created using a Hannah Lynn image from Crafts and Me. I really love this image, wasn't sure how she'd go with purple hair hehe but I like how it turned out.

I glittered her up and also used some glitter paper for mounting and the die cuts (butterflies and vines). 

The gorgeous pearl and purple half pearls are from my company, Flourish with a Bling. We have a huge range of pearl packs in a rainbow of colours.

I have used a beautiful Lacy Sunshine image that I've had for a while and been so eager to colour! I finally finished colouring her in and she's just as cute as I thought she'd be. I loved the sentiment on the paper and thought she matched it perfectly with her guitar.

Robot Circular Card (Tiddly Inks image)

Hi everyone,

I've created a boy's card today using my Spellbinders circle die cuts and embossing folder. The papers are from Echo Park. I started doodling the white "stitching" on the card as the card was missing something but I got worried at one stage that I may have ruined it but I like the overall look of it in the end. 

The gorgeous robot image is from Tiddly Inks.
