Soccer Boy card (DigiStamp Boutique image)

Hi everyone,

I bet you're surprised to see 2 boy cards from me today if you follow my blog as I would say 90% of my cards are usually girly hehe. 

To create this card I cut out a white circle then cut it into segments hoping to get a bit of a "ball" feel to it once mounted on the black background. I doodled stitching all around. The cute boyish image is from DigiStamp Boutique.

SWAK card (Jade Dragonne image)

Hi crafty friends,

Phew, last card from me this afternoon.

I have coloured up a Jade Dragonne image (they are free to use). I used my favourite hair colour Copics - E21 through to E29 (and sometimes E49 for an almost black shade of brown). Hope you like all my cards I'm showing today. Now I'm off to create some more woohoo hehe!!

Another card from me today, I'm trying to post them quickly as I have a free day to create, yay. It's a really hot day here in Melbourne, Australia so it's better to stay indoors today I think.

Girl on a branch card (Wee Stamps image)

Hi crafty friends,

I have wasted soooo much time trying to get a good photo of this card but for some reason I cannot get everything looking like it does in real life! It's so frustrating, do you ever have that problem? It's happens to me every so often, it must be the colours or something. So I have gone with the photo that shows off the beautiful brown rhinestone flourish and green leaves both of which are from Flourish with a Bling. This meant the papers and image are a bit darker and duller than they are in real life, it looks really whimsical and light IRL. The sweet image is from Wee Stamps.

Dragon in Love card (Conie Fong/Sweet Pea Stamps image)

Hi crafty friends,

I'm so pleased with how this photo came out, sometimes it is so difficult to photograph shaped cards, do you find that too? 

I used my old retro flower punches for a lot of this card. I cut the punched flowers in half, curled their petals and stuck them behind the other papers (the white and red flowers but 2 different sizes). I doodled some stitching just for fun too. The sweet little dragon is drawn by Conie Fong and you can find it at Sweet Pea Stamps.
