Circle Easter card (Pink Gem Designs image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

If you're one of my lovely followers you will have just seen my shabby chic style Easter card and now in contrast, I have created a bright clean cut Easter card. This image is so beautiful don't you think? You can find her at Pink Gem Designs. This card was a little fiddly as I used many die cuts and then with the scene circle I made it by: sticking down the sky and hills to a previous circle die cut and then putting it through the die cutting machine again. I hope this makes sense. The gorgeous green pearls are from Flourish with a Bling.

Shabby Chic Easter card (Polkadoodles image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have 2 Easter cards to show today and they are very different from each other. This first one is more shabby chic with lovely pastel shades and made with a gorgeous little image from Polkadoodles. The swirly background is a digital effect from Scrapper's Delights and I decided to combine them to make one picture, I coloured the girl in. I also added a sentiment from DigiStamp Boutique.

Isn't this little baby just darling? I think he's the sweetest and you can find him/her at Little Miss Muffet. I make cards for the love of it mostly and I didn't have anyone in particular to give this to but I was inspired by my first mother's day when I created this card.

Easter Girl with Bunnies card (Tiddly Inks image and Scrapper's Delights digital background)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I decided to try something a little different this week. 

I don't often use my beautiful digital products from Scrapper's Delights but I decided to use them making a little scene behind my Tiddly Inks girl. 

Just in case you'd like to know how it works they are all png files which means they can be laid on top of each other in your word doc to create a scene. I created the coloured background and then added the girl, bunnies and sentiment hearts which were all printed black and white. I coloured her and the hearts in as usual and voila! What do you think? I have a couple more similar I have just printed and coloured up so will create with them soon. This seems like a perfect idea for crafters like me that don't always have the time to create such elaborate backgrounds freehand (and couldn't do it very well if I wanted to hehe). I have used this image before and the card is below. I like this one better although the photo doesn't do the original one justice, it was really cute if I do say so myself lol.
