A cute Little Witch and her Cat card (Conie Fong image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I'm back! Sorry I keep neglecting my blog for a month or so at a time but I've been a bit busy lately - I've been to Italy on holidays, started a new interior decorating course and... I've been setting up an Instagram account for my cards so it's nice and easy to see all my cards in one place now rather than scrolling through my blog! I love it and I hope you will too, if you want to follow me on Instagram please, please do! Click HERE to be taken to my gallery. You don't need to have an account to see my gallery (I don't think, I'm still new to Instagram myself hehe). I've added over 100 cards already, I'm going through all my photos and just choosing my favourite cards over the past 8 years, I'm only up to 2014!

Ok, so now onto my card for today and I coloured up this little cutie from Conie Fong for my 2 darling little nieces that are going to "spook" everyone in their neighbourhood in a couple of days' time hehe. I used my distress oxide inks to create the background and I coloured her with my copics and fussy cut her out.

Super Girl Mel Saves the Day card (Mari image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I made this card for one of my lovely classmates (I'm currently learning interior decoration and surprisingly my knowledge with making cards has come in handy when it comes to colour combos, design, scale and proportion, etc lol). Anyway, she was so helpful when we were doing a team assignment I just had to say thank you in the best way I know how, make a personalised card! She loved it and said she'd keep it forever so that's always nice to hear :)

I used red glitter paper to die cut the sentiment and stars. The background was created with a stencil and some distress oxide inks.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

A Gem of a Challenge - anything goes wk 14
Creatalicious - anything goes with option bright and fun
Creative Inspirations - anything goes
Pammie's Inky Pinkies -  anything goes

Skiing by to say Hello (Little Miss Muffet image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I made this background with a circle die, cloud stencil, double sided tape and glitter! I first created the sun with distress oxide inks then covered that up and stenciled some clouds on. I have a wide double sided tape so I added that for the ground and then added glitter to it and it seems to have stayed well :)

I added some pearls to look like snow falling and the adorable bear comes from Little Miss Muffet (no link like I usually do because I couldn't find their old store). If anyone knows a link I'd love a copy of it.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

As you like it - favourite bird or beast - I love bears! They're just so cute in digital character form and easier to colour than birds.
Creatalicious - anything goes with option bright and fun
Creative Inspirations - anything goes
Pammie's Inky Pinkies -  anything goes
Papercraft Challenges - sparkles
Simon Says Stamp (Mon) - animal magic
Simon Says Stamp (Wed) - make your own background
Tuesday Throwdown -  Add some bling
Word Art Wednesday - anything goes

With Love Bear with flowers (Polkadoodles image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I made this pink background with a stencil, texture paste, distress oxide ink and glitter - mixed all the latter items together to form the paste and this is how it turned out, it's very sparkly in real life.

The oh-so-cute bear comes from Polkadoodles, he's part of a sweet stamp set.
