My GD Mermaid Sunshine card for Crafts and Me (Hannah Lynn image)

Hi everyone,

I hope you've had a great weekend? 

I am a guest designer for the month of June at the Crafts and Me challenge blog and this is my 2nd card for them. I absolutely adore these images by Hannah Lynn which can be found at the Crafts and Me online store. I coloured her tail and top with green and red Copic markers and then used some clear glue and glitter over the top. These papers are from Echo Park and I loved this sentiment. I didn't have any sand to add to my little bottle so I used some puffy embossing powder instead, fooled my hubby so I was happy with my sand replacement.

I love Paris card (The Paper Shelter image)

Hi everyone,

I hope you had a lovely weekend. It was a beautifully sunny Winter weekend here in Australia's Victoria and we have a day off today for the Queen's Birthday even though it's not her Birthday hehe. Our government decided to put it in June as we don't have any public holidays then! We're not complaining hehe. I'm hoping to get some crafting done as we've had "family time" over the weekend.

I love this image from The Paper Shelter, having just been back to Paris last August I was totally inspired. I felt the gorgeous paper and image shouldn't get too congested with embellishments so I went for a more simple card this time.

Soak Up The Sun Surfer Boy card (Bugaboo image)

Good morning everyone,

I'm doing this quick post this morning before I go out for a lovely brunch with my in-laws, mmmm.... I feel like I can hear the bacon sizzling already hehe.

I have used a gorgeous male image from Bugaboo Stamps and glossed his surfboard. I was using the plain side of this paper which was a lovely shade of blue/teal but when I turned it over to tape it I couldn't resist using this side instead, I love all the colours and the busyness of it.

I have used 3 little beach huts and the banner from Flourish with a Bling's Nicky's Beach Huts set (there is also a green hut in the set). Usually this set is $4.95 but for this month the whole set is only $2 as is all our products as we're having a Stocktake sale. You Belong Among the Flowers card (The East Wind image)

Hi everyone,

I love this beautiful image from The East Wind, isn't she so flowy and dreamy? While colouring her hair, one of my brown copics decided to over flow and created a huge blob hence the fussy cut design hehe, I feel lucky it didn't ruin the image as I was almost finished colouring her when it happened. I have glittered up her skirt so have shown a close up below that shows the shimmer.
