Snow White Birthday girl card (Milk Coffee image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have been practising my colouring clothes/folds and so this was a perfect image to try it out on. I did ok, there's always room for improvement isn't there? I love creating a little scene so I used some products from my company, Flourish with a Bling (the tree, banner and toadstools). Sadly Milk Coffee who created this Snow White are no longer trading.

Soak Up The Sun Surfer Boy card (Bugaboo image)

Good morning everyone,

I'm doing this quick post this morning before I go out for a lovely brunch with my in-laws, mmmm.... I feel like I can hear the bacon sizzling already hehe.

I have used a gorgeous male image from Bugaboo Stamps and glossed his surfboard. I was using the plain side of this paper which was a lovely shade of blue/teal but when I turned it over to tape it I couldn't resist using this side instead, I love all the colours and the busyness of it.

I have used 3 little beach huts and the banner from Flourish with a Bling's Nicky's Beach Huts set (there is also a green hut in the set). Usually this set is $4.95 but for this month the whole set is only $2 as is all our products as we're having a Stocktake sale. Blue Mermaid card (Hannah Lynn/Crafts & Me image)

Hi everyone,

I have another very girly card tonight, the image is from Crafts and Me. Isn't she a beautiful mermaid? I haven't played around with blonde hair very often and it's quite tough to give it a "shine", I must try to use less colour on the lightest shade but I'm afraid I'm a little heavy-handed with my copics at times hehe. Practice makes perfect they say so I will have fun trying different combinations.

I have used gorgeous blue pearl flourishes from my company, Flourish with a Bling. I designed these so they are named after my daughter Chloe. I have also used one of our beach houses from our Nicky's Beach huts set. See below for our free shipping offer.

All the blue paper is exactly cut so that the white glitter paper is equally showing around the outside of the whole card, how do photographs change that so it looks like it's all uneven??? Crazy or is it just my silly camera has a mind of it's own haha?

Top Tip Tuesday - Cute TIP: Double sided tapes don't work on glitter paper very well, make sure to use a very strong glue to secure papers to the glitter paper. Also, I have cut the flourish so I can use it as two separate swirls.

Saturated Canary Beachy Easel card

I have been dying to use this gorgeous Saturated Canary digi for some time now and I've finally got around to it. How cute and sassy is she, I just love SC images!!

I have used clouds, pearls and beach huts from Flourish with a Bling. I used a white texture paint on the clouds to make them look more authentic for this card. The papers are from Simple Stories.

Summer bear card

Happy Summer days to you all in the Northern Hemisphere, it's cold here in Melbourne Australia! Although I mustn't complain as we have had the best couple of weeks with some lovely warm days considering the time of year. I am enjoying making summer cards anyway, I'll just turn the heating up to help with inspiration lol.
