A loving Mermaid wish (Crafts & Me/Hannah Lynn image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

You may have noticed I have been playing with inking backgrounds more than patterned paper lately, I am loving playing around with the inks. I'm going to a craft show this weekend and can't wait to buy some oxide inks. I coloured and fussy cut a gorgeous mermaid from Crafts and Me. I also used a Lawn Fawn stamp and die set for the fish, coral and seahorse. I used some liquid pearls in the background too. I used glitter foam for the sentiment.

Worm Wishes CAS card (Bugaboo images)

Hi Crafty Friends,

You may think this looks somewhat familiar and that's because my last card had the same mixed media background paper as I made it then cut it in half so I could use it for 2 completely different themes - outer space and underwater. I've kept both cards clean and simple. Both the mermaid, worm & sentiment are all from Bugaboo.

You're out of this world (Bugaboo image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have made a boys card for a change! I love this little guy from Bugaboo so I cut the rocket and stars out to add to the card. I created the "outer space" background with distress inks and water drops. I also added some vellum behind the rocket to help look like movement.

Be bright Be Happy Be You (Little Miss Muffet image)

I hope you're all well.

I have a few cards to show tonight, I hope you'll check them out but no pressure hehe. I'm starting with this card that I created with a Little Miss Muffet image and cutting some sentiments from a paper pad, mounting them onto yellow cardstock and trying to make them look like they are hanging on the wall behind her like works of art.

Scooting by to say Happy Birthday (Tiddly Inks image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

My second card today is from Tiddly Inks. I love this girl on the scooter so much! I have used png images so I could add background features. As mentioned on my last card I've used the same background pathway on both cards but I've used it more as a cobblestone road for this card and you can find it at Make it Crafty. I also added the rainbow from Tiddly Inks. 


I'm thinking of setting up a Youtube channel, would you be interested in looking at something like my Copic colouring of certain images or how to make a type of card or anything at all I might have to offer hehe? I'm not sure whether it's a path I should take so I'd love to know what you watch on Youtube or what you'd like to see.

As you like it - fave colour and why - my favourite colour used to always be red when I was growing up but since about the age of 35 I started to get bored of it and I'd now say pink would be a fave to use on cards because it's so bright, girly and such a happy colour.

Outdoors Birthday Girl card (Little Miss Muffet image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have created 2 cards today using my favourite artists - Little Miss Muffet and Tiddly Inks. This is the gorgeous digi from Little Miss Muffet below. I have used png images so I could add a background. I've used the same background pathway on both cards but I've used it more as a cobblestone road in the next card so it's definitely versatile.
