Beachy and Amazing card (The Paper Shelter image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

The Paper Shelter has so many gorgeous images and when you purchase them they come in black & white and colour along with backgrounds too. I decided to create 3 cards today with The Paper Shelter images but using different backgrounds to the ones they come with. 

I'm not sure if anyone has tried this technique of adding an image to a background digitally but you just use the PNG image (not JPEG) so that you can add it in front of the background. I used a pre-coloured image for this card.

Hello You card (CC Designs image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

CC Designs have a Facebook competition on at the moment and are giving this gorgeously girly image for free to use. I used some beautiful papers from Echo Park to complete my card and coloured the girl with Copics. I also used Lawn Fawn stitch dies and sentiment stamp.

Hooray for the Fisherman's Birthday (The Paper Shelter image)

I've made this card for an in-law uncle's upcoming Birthday, he's an avid fisherman so I think he'll find this quite cute (hopefully lol). I added the image from The Paper Shelter to a sun rays background using a PNG image.

Red, White & Blue Father's Day Card

I sell my cards occasionally at a newsagent for special occasions so I've started getting ready for Father's Day (which is in September here in Australia). I created the background paper with scraps and then faux stitched them together.
