Hi Crafty Friends,
This Halloween witch has to be one of my favourite Halloween images, she's just gorgeous isn't she? You can find her at The Paper Shelter. I've used her before (a long time ago, I think my colouring has improved a little since then) so I've added it below. For this card I used my oxide inks to create the background using the Twisted Citron for the "glowing" areas. I mucked up some of the "bubbles" because I used a stencil when I should have done them freehand like the ones on the right side but this is how we learn isn't it hehe.
