Hi Crafty Friends,
My daughter asked me if I could make a card for her friend who loves gigs and travelling, she even wanted that written on the front hence the weird sentiment haha. She chose this gorgeous image from Saturated Canary. Chloe also asked me to colour her hair just like her friend's who has brown hair with grey ends (ombre style apparently hehe). This doesn't translate well onto digi colouring but its what she wanted.

Great card! I love the "personalisation" of the sentiment; it reminded me of my hubby's 28th Birthday cake (34 years ago, ye gods and little fishes!!) ... I put on a little party (even though we were on the bones of our bums at the time) got a cake made insisting the decorator put the whole "Happy 28th Birthday Stefan Love and Best Wishes" on it, six months later I started decorating cakes (for money!) I did it for years and HATED doing loads of writing on them, often thought back to how the decorator must have felt when I wrote out a small paragraph for her to put on hubby's cake, lol Thanks for sharing your lovely work in Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge Just a reminder the latest challenge has started too, Donna ☺
