I Love Gigs and Travelling card - confused hehe? (Saturated Canary image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

My daughter asked me if I could make a card for her friend who loves gigs and travelling, she even wanted that written on the front hence the weird sentiment haha. She chose this gorgeous image from Saturated Canary. Chloe also asked me to colour her hair just like her friend's who has brown hair with grey ends (ombre style apparently hehe). This doesn't translate well onto digi colouring but its what she wanted.

Orange and Green Fairy card (Polkadoodles image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

This is my 2nd last card of the evening and it's a little more my style than the previous ones. Very girly and hopefully you think it has a lot to look at. This beautiful fairy is from Polkadoodles, isn't she divine? I used a lot of die cuts on this card, a technique I often forget to use even though my Spellbinders machine is on my craft table! I did some watercolouring again around the image. My next card is very girly too, I hope you'll stick around to see it.

TGIF funny card (Bugaboo Stamps image)

All Bundled Up card (Crafts & Me/Hannah Lynn image)

Hi everyone,

I made a uniquely shaped card today and added just a few embellishments hehe. I used a gorgeous freebie image from Crafts and Me, it is still available so you can click on their name and it will take you to the website to check out all their other beautiful images or to get this freebie click Crafts and Me for their blog. I printed it twice so I could 3D the penguins, I have a close up below.

I have also used a teal pearl flourish from Flourish with a Bling. I added a little bit of white texture paint so they were more "shabby". Everything at FWAB is half price this month (see below for more details or click on the name). These gorgeous papers are from a Bo Bunny range quite some time ago but I was lucky enough to find some more of it at a local craft show and snapped it up.

Shabby Chic Umbrella Birthday Girl (The Greeting Farm image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I haven't created a card with this image from The Greeting Farm for a long time so thought now Autumn challenges were about, this little girl with her umbrella is perfect for this time of year. 

I have been raiding any old clothes for zippers at the moment and this is the first time I've used one but I like it. I tore the paper so it kind of (hopefully hehe) looks like the zip goes up and down. I have used pearls and flourishes from Flourish with a Bling. Can you see the little kitty cat under the sentiment, isn't he sweet, I bought him at a craft show.
