Paper Crafting Journey have a new challenge just started and this time we'd love to see your creations "For a Boy"! I created this card for my oh-so-cute son who just turned 9, I was happy with how it turned out as I struggle with boy cards.

The Paper Shelter Beach card

Hi everyone, I have a little secret, Flourish with a Bling are about to launch a new range of products....Flowers!! They are so beautiful, I have used one on this card (the largest flower with the pearl centre) but don't tell anyone lol. I will shout it from the rooftops once we are ready to sell them on the website.

I love making beachy cards, they are so much fun. This one I have coloured a gorgeous image from The Paper Shelter. I love love love using their images!

The little bottle I found at a craft show last weekend and thought it perfect for this card so I added a little bit of blue paper to look like a message in a bottle. The lovely white flourish is from Flourish with a Bling and so are the pearls. I have used some white texture paint to shabby the chipboard lighthouse and corner to suit my card.

Saturated Canary Beachy Easel card

Hey there,

I have been dying to use this gorgeous Saturated Canary digi for some time now and I've finally got around to it. How cute and sassy is she, I just love SC images!!

I have used clouds, pearls and beach huts from Flourish with a Bling. I used a white texture paint on the clouds to make them look more authentic for this card. The papers are from Simple Stories.

Tiddly Inks Fairy card

Thanks so much for popping in to check out my card today, I hope you like it. I used a gorgeous digi image from Tiddly Inks, click on their name and it will take you to this particular fairy image. I couldn't resist buying her the other day for their Fairies or Mermaids challenge. She was a lot of fun to colour too, I used copics. I dotted lightly around her with very pale blue and grey markers.

I added glitter to her wings and the chipboard number 5 and then used a glitter pen to add a different sparkle to the flower centres.

It is available in 9 colours! I added a little white paint to my purple pearls and flourish as I wanted a more shabby chic look rather than bright.

Milk Coffee Beach girl card

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure what's going to happen tomorrow with the deletion of Google Reader but I'm hoping all my lovely followers will add me to their Bloglovin' favourites (I have added the Bloglovin' option on the right hand side of my blog so you can follow me easily). 

Today, I've created a card using a gorgeous image from Milk Coffee, how cute is she!! The papers are from Echo Park, the gorgeous water splashes, beach hut, sun, pearls and bling centred flower are from Flourish with a Bling. I used some Fluffy Stuff on the digi image ocean to make it look foamy.

Hi there,

Paper Crafting Journey have just started a new challenge and it's "anything but a square card" sponsored by Kenny K digis. I have a few Kenny K digis and love them, this golfer is one of theirs and I coloured him with copics.

Elisabeth Bell lounge room card

Hi there, Paper Crafting Journey have just started their latest challenge and it's one of my favourites - Pearls and swirls. The sponsor is none other than the fabulous Elisabeth Bell therefore we got to play with an Elisabeth Bell image this time round. Straight away this gorgeous crafty girl image felt like it should be part of a little scene and I have wanted to try making "wallpaper" on a card for ages as so many designer papers have a wallpaper pattern to them. I made the little frame and plant pot with some wood-printed paper and distressed their edges.
