Blue shabby rhinestone card (The Greeting Farm image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

This card is using a gorgeous image from The Greeting Farm, I have had her forever but still love this rubber stamp. For this card I used an embossing folder, something I don't actually get out and use very much although I love how everyone else seems to create so beautifully with them. Once I'd embossed the teal paper I lightly went over it with sandpaper so you can see the details better. 

I used some love heart stamps, snowflake die cuts and some Flourish with a Bling - Elise silver flourish, Elise white flower and silver rhinestones. Flourish with a Bling is selling all their products for $2 each this month, that's more than half off most products!! Bears need love too (Crafty Sentiments image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Wow, my mind is either in the craft zone or it's completely gone!! At the moment I am in the zone so I hope you like what I'm creating :)

These little bears are just the cutest aren't they? You can find them at Crafty Sentiments. Valentine's Day is on the way so I am making a few love cards at the moment but there are others amongst them too. I have used some silver rhinestones and gorgeous olive green leaves from Flourish with a Bling, my company which is having a huge sale this month, see below for details. The leaves have been cut from our Jack vine.

Brown & Pink Shabby Card (Cute as a Button image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Me again with another card and this is my last for the day. I have been creating a few cards for an Australian magazine so I can't show them until the magazine comes out but just so you know, I have still been creating just not as many that I can post on my blog as usual. 

I coloured this gorgeous image from Cute as a Button. I cropped this girl to make it a portrait rather than a full image but I'm sure I will use the whole image at some stage as its a candyland style and really cute. I did a bit of inking and stamping to give the card a shabby chic look.

Jen's Birthday Bear Card (Milton Bear Stamps image)

Hi crafty friends,

I made this card for my sister's Birthday as she loves creating cards with little animals on them. Once she opened the card and loved the little bear I then gave her the stamp all wrapped up as an extra little gift as I don't often use real stamps anymore so she was going to waste. I loved using her one last time though and I know if I ever want to create a card with this bear again I can have a lend hehe. I think the bear is a Milton Bear Stamps brand.

Walking on Sunshine Card (Saturated Canary image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I hope you're all enjoying the start of your weekend.

I thought I would try something new for me which is printing the image straight onto my card front. I have seen others do it before and it looks great but I'm not quite so thrilled with mine. The photo shows the card looking very wonky but it isn't. I couldn't leave the background white so I inked yellow around the card. The image is from Saturated Canary.

Birthday Elsa Card (Bugaboo Stamps image)

Hi crafty friends,

I am a guest designer over at Catch the Bug for a couple of weeks and here is a card I made using one of their images (Chibi Elsa), isn't she adorable for a little girl's card? I tried my hand at no lines colouring for the first time. I also faux stitched the papers after cutting them into this patchwork design. The blue dots around her are liquid pearls.

Yellow Spring Birthday Card (A Day for Daisies image)

Hi everyone,

I was a busy little beaver again today as I had a day off work and once the housework was done I was free to create 3 cards.

This card is so much prettier in real life as it looks "sloppy" on the edges (the card is perfectly even down the sides, my camera fibs hehe), colours washed out a bit, etc. 

I coloured the silver rhinestones with my yellow copic marker. The gorgeous image comes from A Day for Daisies.
