Friend like you easel card (Magnolia Stamps image)

Hi everyone,

My last card to show you tonight is an easel card, I love making these. I have used another gorgeous Magnolia Stamps' Tilda image, isn't she sweet holding up the little puppy?

I love using loads of flowers and my new favourite embellishment is my little glass bottles with a cork in the top, there are so many ways to use them and this time I have added some purple glitter in it. This is the first time I have used my new honeycomb die which I have added to the bottom and used some of the off-cut hexagons into some random white hexagons by turning the paper over and glittering.

Shabby Chic window card (Magnolia stamp image)

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I've created with Magnolia stamps so I decided to get them back out and now I've created 2 cards to show you with my lovely Tildas on them.

I had grand designs for an easel card with windows and doors, lovely front garden etc but when I realised how large my window and shutters were, that idea quickly went out the window (pardon the pun hehe). I created a brick effect behind the window with my brown copic marker (E37) and my colourless marker. I have also used some chipboard corners and heat embossed them with some white powder. I distressed and inked all the edges to give it a shabby chic feel.

Funky shaped Birthday card (Magnolia image)

Hi everyone,

Wow, it's been a long time since I used a Magnolia stamp, not sure if it's just because I always go for my digi stamps now so I forget as I adore these little Magnolia images and this one is my favourite. 

I have had this Webster's Pages shaped background paper for the longest time so I decided to cut my card to fit the shape, it was pretty easy to do and it opens on the side. I have used a gorgeous burnt orange flower and rhinestones from Flourish with a Bling.

Magnolia Christmas step card

Hi everyone,

I am hoping this looks Christmassy as it is not a Christmas stamp nor is it Christmas colours lol, how did I go? Do you think it looks like a Christmas card??? I think it does for some reason lol and not just because it has a Christmas sentiment!

I probably shouldn't show close ups as I'm not the greatest copic "colourer" but I am slowly learning new techniques from some of your blogs out there and wow, are there some amazing artists in the world of cardmaking!! I am still trying my hand at shading let alone making creases in outfits etc, I am totally in awe of that. 

I silver embossed around her with a flourish stamp and some silver embossing powder to match the Bo Bunny papers as they have glitter on them.

Magnolia Christmas card

I'm so excited that I'm up to 96 followers in only a few short months, I have a Flourish with a Bling candy blog post ready to go once I have 100 followers, woohoo!!

I thought I could turn this gorgeous Magnolia stamp into a Christmas themed stamp by using some Christmas papers.
