Hi Crafty Friends,

I've been loving Pinterest lately, so many inspirational cards on there it's crazy! I looked through my shabby chic board and then went upstairs to create hoping all the cards I'd seen would blend into one beautiful creation lol. All in all, I think this turned out quite sweet, not totally shabby chic, I need to ease my way back into that technique I think.

Birthday Dog with flower (Bugaboo image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

My last card for tonight, phew!! I'm not sure this funky dog has been created with a pretty shabby chic look before haha but I think it turned out quite sweet. The image is from Bugaboo and the gorgeous pearl flourish and olive green leaves are from Flourish with a Bling.

Red-headed Beauty card (Crafts & Me/Hannah Lynn image)

I added lots of lovely old flowers from my stash, my Lawn Fawn plaid paper and of course, the beautiful teal laser flourish is from my company, Flourish with a Bling.

Bunny with Daffodils for Easter card (Di's Digis image)

I have my last animal card to show you for the day and this one is using a gorgeous image from Di's Digis. Di has so many beautiful animal images I couldn't resist being on her DT a while back, that was the last full time DT I was on actually. I tried to create a little scene here, I love the cloud pattern papers, they are so easy to use on outdoor scenery cards.

Make a Wish Fairy card (Wee Stamps image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I haven't created a true shabby chic card for a little while so I thought it was time. I have had this image printed for the longest time and have seen her coloured up so beautifully on other people's cards but I wasn't inspired to colour her myself for some reason. To be honest, I don't think I thought I'd do a very good job of it. But I'm really happy with how she turned out and how the whole card came together.
