Blue Mermaid card (Hannah Lynn/Crafts & Me image)

Hi everyone,

I have another very girly card tonight, the image is from Crafts and Me. Isn't she a beautiful mermaid? I haven't played around with blonde hair very often and it's quite tough to give it a "shine", I must try to use less colour on the lightest shade but I'm afraid I'm a little heavy-handed with my copics at times hehe. Practice makes perfect they say so I will have fun trying different combinations.

I have used gorgeous blue pearl flourishes from my company, Flourish with a Bling. I designed these so they are named after my daughter Chloe. I have also used one of our beach houses from our Nicky's Beach huts set. See below for our free shipping offer.

All the blue paper is exactly cut so that the white glitter paper is equally showing around the outside of the whole card, how do photographs change that so it looks like it's all uneven??? Crazy or is it just my silly camera has a mind of it's own haha?

Top Tip Tuesday - Cute TIP: Double sided tapes don't work on glitter paper very well, make sure to use a very strong glue to secure papers to the glitter paper. Also, I have cut the flourish so I can use it as two separate swirls.

Footy Birthday boy (DigiStamp Boutique image)

If you follow me you'll know how difficult I find it to create boy cards so most of my creations are as girly as you can get hehe. BUT... Is anyone else having issues with Blogger? I can't log into or join any challenge blogs and I can't often save my changes to my sidebar. When I refresh my dashboard it often says I'm not following any blogs and I have to keep refreshing the page. Would love to know if anyone has had any of these problems and fixed them as it's so frustrating.

Home is where the heart is (Bugaboo image)

Hi everyone,

Hehe, I made this for my sister as her and her boyfriend have just bought a house together. I didn't want to make the card too girly as it was for him as well but it seems I went a little too boyish in the end so I haven't given it to her.

I love this image from Bugaboo though, how cute are they? My ribbon went a little askew while taking the photo and I didn't notice until now, I've since fixed it but it's too late to take another photo.
