Thank you so much for dropping by and extra special thanks to my lovely followers and visitors that leave some beautiful comments for me, they warm my heart.
Hi crafty friends, I've been watching Youtube videos again lol and so I was inspired to create my own background from scratch! Now I'm not a drawer at all so this was very difficult to do but, apart from a big mistake (can you pick it? I'll tell you in a minute) I was happy with how it turned out. The tree is surprisingly easier to create, the rest took a lot more thought. My mistake was when I created the fence I coloured all the vertical pieces without giving consideration to the horizontal pieces that would be in front of the slats. So I had to make the horizontal pieces darker to try and hide what I'd done. I didn't succeed very well but have definitely learned for next time. Probably would be a good idea to draw the background in with a grey-lead pencil first doh! This adorable image with her cat comes from Conie Fong. Thank you so much for coming to check out my card, I really appreciate all of you!

Hi crafty friends, Here's another gorgeous digi image I printed out ages ago and have only just got around to colouring and creating with. You can find this lovely fairy at Di's Digis. I used a lot of die cuts for this scene, mostly from Lawn Fawn and some fluffy clouds from Flourish with a Bling.

As you like it- single or multi-layer - I definitely find multi-layer easier to create, I always think something is missing if I try clean and simple. I love adding these die cut layers to create a scene.
Hi Crafty Friends, I used some sweet animal images from Pickled Potpourri Designs for this card and fussy cut them out. I used my oxide inks to create the background and then die cut the banner and the grassy areas

Hi crafty friends, I was asked to create some blue and yellow cards for a girl guides leader, I love this image from Oddball Art Stamp and hadn't got around to using it yet. Because it's a long image I decided to keep the card simple with long pieces of patterned paper.

Hi crafty friends, I have some freshly created cards to post today, I hope you like them. I don't usually do clean and simple cards as I find them really difficult but I like how this turned out. The gorgeous bear is from Little Miss Muffet and I lightly inked behind her with my oxide ink to give the illusion of sky.
