Tweety the Wizard card

Hi Crafty Friends,

This is a free colouring book image off the internet that I printed out when I first started colouring with Copics but I never got around to colouring him as I then found digi companies and the rest was history lol. But I have a box full of uncoloured images which I need to create with and I do love how this little guy came out. I had fun creating the background with my black soot distress ink and Wilted violet oxide ink. I used a Lawn Fawn hillside die to create the "ground" and lightly distressed it with the black soot. I added some Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents on the stars to finish the card.

Beachy Best Wishes card (Hannah Lynn/Crafts & Me image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I've been out of action a little this month but I'm back now and I'm loving every second creating again. I bought myself a new craft desk and I feel much more organised.

The three cards I'm posting today are very different from each other, I hope you like them all, this is very muted, girly and a little mature/shabby, the other is very cute and bright using distress oxide inks and then I have another girly card but it's bright and cheery.

This gorgeous image is from Hannah Lynn at Crafts and Me, I have created with her once before so I've added the card below. I used some stamps and dies from a free magazine set, that would be the shells, starfish and seahorse. I coloured the girl with Copics. The papers are from Kaisercraft.

Sending you sunshine card (Milk Coffee image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I only have one card to show today, what a shocker hehe! I normally post in batches as it takes a while to blog them and add them to challenges. I've got a few images coloured up but I haven't got around to creating cards yet. I'm in the middle of changing my craft area so I may not be creating as much for the next month or so. 

I used some gorgeous beachy papers from a Kaisercraft paper pad for this card. I did add a bit of extra colour to the yellow areas by inking them with my oxide ink, it was easy to go over as the other areas have a glossy cover so the ink wipes right off it. I added the "water" paper to the bottom and made sure to colour the image's waves a similar colour. This is a really old image from Milk Coffee and sadly they no longer sell their images.

A Summer Smile girly card (Tiddly Inks image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's my second Tiddly Inks card for tonight. I also used a background image from elsewhere that I don't think sell images any longer. If anyone's interested in it please contact me and I'll check if it is still available. I used PNG images rather than JPEGs so that I could overlap them. The lovely plaid paper is from Lawn Fawn. I die cut some clouds from glitter foam to add to the card and faux stitched the red border.

Happy Hour Starts Right Now card (Tiddly Inks image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

My two cards I'm posting tonight are both created with summery images from Tiddly Inks. I love this image so much, it really reminds me of holidays which I can only dream about at the moment seeing as it's winter here and we had our big European holiday last year so no more for a while sob sob. 

I added some gold glitter with clear glue onto the "sand" for texture and used my handmade cloud stencil to make the sky. I used the Lawn Fawn die borders for the sand and water layers, also using a wave die too. I then used some Stickles to give the waves a little dimension. The background palm trees are images from Scrapper's Delights, I used PNG images so I could add them into the scene.
