Vintage Mermaid ~Thinking of You~ card

Hi crafty friends,

I don't often try vintage style as it's not really my thing but A Day For Daisies images are gorgeous and often I feel inspired to create vintage cards with them. I won some Graph'It Markers and used only them on this image, I loved using them and how they turned out, I dotted her outfit on purpose to give it a scaly look.

How gorgeous is this little sweetie? I know I'm in love with all my digis I use lol but I've got to say she was just darling to colour and I love how she turned out. You can find her at Whimsy Stamps, she is created by the lovely Kathryne (StampArt Design by Kathryne) who has some beautiful images. I have sparkled Alannah's fluffy clothing items but it's a bit difficult to tell in the photo.

I used some red pearls and a silver rhinestone (in the snowflake) from Flourish with a Bling.

I'm in the Spotlight at SK Digis this week!!

I have the honour of being in the spotlight at SK Digis today! Sonia is such a lovely lady and I adore her images so when she asked me I was thrilled to bits! I have used 3 of her images to create one scene on my card here. I coloured them with copics and used "Fluffy Stuff" for the snow. I also used a gorgeous pearl flourish from my company, Flourish with a Bling.
