Fairy on a Swing Card (CC Designs image)

Hi everyone,

Sorry if you're one of my followers and read all my latest posts where they've all been quick and the wording partially copied. As I mentioned, I have to be so quick tonight as it's just gone midnight and I have work tomorrow so I have scooted through these few cards I wanted to post tonight, hope you don't mind.

I used a CC Designs rubber image and layered it up (ie. paper piecing). The branch is flat but the swing and the little girl have been fussy cut out and heightened for that 3D look.

Free as a Bird card (Ching-Chou image)

Hi everyone,

I have to be so quick tonight as it's just gone midnight and I have work tomorrow so I'm going to scoot through these few cards I want to post, hope you don't mind.

I used a Ching-Chou Kuik image and you can also find her digi images at Sweet Pea Stamps. I have created this card so she is in the card when you open it up, I die cut a circle from the front of the card.

Thinking of You Mum Card (Bugaboo image)

2+ Designer Papers challenge at Di's Digis (Di's Digis image)

Hi Crafty Friends

I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend. I've just had a great day at a local craft show spending up a small fortune hehe. I'm working there tomorrow on my company (Flourish with a Bling) stall. It's at Pakenham in Victoria Australia if I have anyone local reading this, I'd love for you to come and say hi.

Okay, now about the new challenge at Di's Digis and it's to use 2 or more designer papers. If you're anything like me, this is a fairly easy challenge. The Belle of the Ball Birthday Girl card (Saturated Canary image)

Hi crafty friends,

I'm back with my last card of the day, I hope you've enjoyed seeing them all if you've gotten the chance (or wanted to hehe).

I tried to colour this gorgeous image from Saturated Canary as best as I could. I'm no expert so it's very tricky sometimes when there's a lot of folds in her dress like that, I'm still learning with every image I colour. I added a light grey around the image so she pops out a bit. The beautiful pearl flourish and teal flower is from Flourish with a Bling.

Elephant on a Spring Day card (Bugaboo image)

Hi everyone,

I love this Springtime image from Bugaboo, isn't it adorable? I really wanted the image and colours to pop so I added the black borders and fence. I print out my sentiments on the computer on thick paper and using some lovely fonts that can be found free on the internet, this one is a typewriter style font.

Chickie Love card (DigiStamp Boutique image)

Hi crafty friends,

My 3rd card today is this one using an adorable image from DigiStamp Boutique. This shape was so easy to create with one of my die cuts - I first die cut my plain white card paper and then die cut my patterned paper and stuck it to the front. Before I took the die away I sponged the red ink around the outside which then leaves the lovely clean border. The Scrabble sentiment comes from Ditzie Designs and the pearls are from Flourish with a Bling.

Lilac, Purple and Teal shaped Girly Card (Make it Crafty image)

Hi crafty friends,

I thought I'd try out a snazzy new shape using my die cuts. This took me a while to arrange as I wasn't happy with it at first so I had to keep cutting/moving bits and now I love how it turned out! The gorgeous girl is from Make it Crafty and the shimmering flourish and teal pearls are from Flourish with a Bling. The papers are from Kaisercraft and the butterfly punch is a Martha Stewart one.
