I'm a guest designer at Tuesday Throwdown (Sami Stamps image)

Hi everyone,

I'm thrilled to be a guest designer at Tuesday Throwdown this month, they have weekly challenges and some fantastic prizes to win. 

This week their challenge is Tic Tac Toe:



I have used the top line: Bling, Buttons and Die cuts. 
Their sponsor this challenge is Sami Stamps and they kindly gave me this oh-so-cute cat on a cushion image to work with. I have also used pearls and flourishes from Flourish with a Bling.
