Sweet, Bright Coloured Witch card (Lacy Sunshine image)

Happy Halloween again! This time I have created a Halloween card so it is perfect to be posting it today isn't it hehe? I love this sweet scene, it can be found at Lacy Sunshine. I was inspired by the papers to give her a more colourful outfit.
