Merry Christmas Tracy bears (LOTV images)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I was on Pinterest the other day when I saw some adorable cards with these alphas and bears and I just had to have them for myself! So I was really excited to see they were a digi set from Lili of the Valley so I could buy and create with them straightaway. I have a gorgeous friend in England (I'm in Australia) so I love to make and send her personalised cards so she knows I'm thinking of her. 

I've made a few cards with this alpha set (I also bought the numeral set) so I'll be posting them over the next couple of weeks.

To create this background I used ribbon strips - I added double sided tape to white cardstock and then just stuck the ribbon down and cut the excess off at the edges.

Cute Christmas Penguin with gifts (Conie Fong image)

Little Penguin Christmas tags (DigiStamp Boutique image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

How sweet are these little penguins from DigiStamp Boutique, I just love them! They were so quick to colour which is always handy when making a few cards/tags. I inked the sky with distress oxide ink, die cut them with my postage stamp die then added some snow mounds and heat embossed the white card so it had a shimmery effect. Then I added some Nuvo drops for falling snow.

Christmas girls tag for Mabel (Just Me image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have a little niece who looks exactly like this little sweetie from Just Me so she was perfect to sit on my glitter Christmas banner! I popped her up with foam dots and all the embellishments were die cut with red glitter foam.

Cute handmade Christmas tags (Bugaboo and Di's Digis images)

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have a few Christmas gift tags I've made for friends and family to show you today and then a couple of cute cards.

I used my distress oxide inks to create the skies here and then added some clear snowflakes. I used glitter for the ice/snow on the ground. The skating bear is from Bugaboo and the candy cane bear is from Di's Digis, aren't they both such cuties?

Christmas girl with lights and trees (La-la Land Crafts image)

My last card to show you for tonight and I have used a La-la Land Crafts stamp for this card. I had a 12x12 patterned paper that has lots of trees on it so I fussy cut some out to make a little "forest" of Christmas trees behind the little girl. I also added some Nuvo drops for a snowy background.
