Bunnies just for you Mum (DigiStamp Boutique image)

Hi crafty friends,

Oh I just had to buy this gorgeous image for Mother's Day, aren't they just the cutest bunnies ever? I coloured them in originally and the "mum" was a very dull coloured bear so I went over her with my YR Copics and now she looks much cuter. It's amazing how the colours you choose can sometimes really change how a picture looks. You can find this sweet image at DigiStamp Boutique.

Thank you with all my heart card

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's another card I made for a magazine commission - I was asked to make 2 cards focusing on pearls. This was easy for me as I actually designed this pearl flourish, it's named after my daughter, Chloe. You can find it in 9 colours at Flourish with a Bling - we're closing the business shortly so everything is only $2 each, this set is 2 flourishes plus some extra pearls (see picture below). The magazine this card was in was Love Cardmaking issue 17 (Australia).

Best Wishes banner card

Hi Crafty Friends,

I've been asked to do a few commissions for magazines and this was a card I made for one of them. I love creating long banners like that using different patterns on them. I know this is very different for me as I usually create cute image cards, occasionally I create a mature card hehe. I have another to show in between my few cards tonight actually. The magazine this card was in was Australian Simply Cards issue 104.

Cat in a Hot Air Balloon card (Polkadoodles image)

Hi Crafty Friends,

Polkadoodles have a new challenge just started on their blog, I hope you'll join in, you don't have to use one of their products but it'd be lovely if you do. I'm loving creating with their gorgeous images, papers and sentiments.

For my card I have used the following Polkadoodles products:

Fuzzypuffs - Jasper Balloon

I created the sky with my Distress Oxide ink (Broken China I think) and then sprayed it with water. I fussy cut the kitty's head and all the little banners to have them paper pieced on top of the image. I popped them all up on foam tape.

Circular Hello Girl card (Little Miss Muffet image)

Hi crafty friends,

I have had this gorgeous Little Miss Muffet image coloured up for a while now and I'd accidentally printed her really small. I also didn't leave a huge amount of space around her when I printed her up with other images so I wasn't quite sure how to make her look bigger than she is. Building die cut circles around her and a big sentiment I think has helped and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Next time she'll be a lot bigger hehe. I only used white and black cardstock for this, I used my distress oxide inks to make the blended colours (I think I used Candied Apple and Worn Lipstick).

My company, Flourish with a Bling is closing it's doors and so for the next few weeks we're having a closing down sale and Every product is just $2 during this time. I hope you'll check out our website as we have our own unique beautiful products and we post worldwide. Please email if you would like rough estimates of shipping, if we can send it as a large letter we will or perhaps get your friends to all buy too and share the postage!
